They want to build a temporary workforce resource to scale up or down production at times of need. As a result they are looking for a partner to deliver and manage their temporary worker population.

This includes   verbal, numerical, and spacial reasoning testing, combined with an in-person dexterity test. These tests are to qualify for the selection interview.
