We knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but we love a challenge. To cater to our client's requests we pull resources from across a number of our teams. Our Marketing team create bespoke candidate attraction campaigns including everything from videos, animations, recruitment landing pages, email campaigns and much more. Our Delivery consultants post to job boards sure, but they go even further and advertise their roles everywhere; social media platforms, online community groups, over email and text.

Finally, our Talent Care team takes care of the rest. They reference check, vet CVs and upload all candidate information into the client’s platform. This means that when those large orders come in, we’re able to dive straight into finding talent, whether that’s from scratch, from our talent pools or within our CRM.

For the very first recruitment campaign released to us, we uploaded all candidate documents to the client's system two days before their deadline!
