We are working with our clients to deliver and implement assessment centres for candidates. This can increase the chances of getting the perfect hire.
As part of our campaign, we're starting to implement an assessment center to increase the quality, efficiency and success of our recruitment process. The assessment center will not only view the skills that would not usually be viewed in an interview , they will also provide the candidates with a realistic preview of the roles themselves making it a fair and transparent selection process for all.
In these centers we will focus on 4 key areas:
Verbal Reasoning: This is where candidates are required to interpret written instructions in the style of standard operating procedures.
Numerical Reasoning: Analyses candidates' ability to work with numbers and alayse numerical statistics.
Diagrammatical Reasoning: Tests the candidates' ability to visually represent their ideas and concepts.
Perceptual Speed and Accuracy: Tests the efficiency of their work.
There will also be a manual exercise for candidates to complete.
