Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst
Location: Ireland Remote
Calling Experienced Talent Acquisition Analysts in Ireland. Our Global Client are looking for an TA Operations Analyst to join their team to drive talent Acquisition projects and manage programs in place already. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of business analysis and make decisions using metrics and data.


  • Drive key TA initiatives and programs
  • Assist in the program coordination and tactical execution of Talent Acquisition programs
  • Partner with the organization to coordinate, track and measure results of our initiatives
  • Participates in strategic initiatives and reporting results
  • Organizes a calendar and keeps track of multiple projects at the same time
  • Hold the organization accountable for meeting milestones of projects
  • Earn trust across a various level and establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert
  • Exhibit a proven track record of innovation
  • Measure programs and impact for ROI
  • Support special projects and other responsibilities
  • Support Talent Acquisition analytics and enable effective decision-making by providing recommendations on metrics
  • Create and continuously enhance client dashboards and dashboard delivery
  • Drive interpretation and presentation of data among the People Success (HR) and Talent Acquisition team members
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and infographics to assist with weekly, monthly. quarterly and annual programs
  • Collaborate with TA Ops Leadership and People Tools to create and automate tools, technology, and processes to ensure efficient, scalable and cost-effective solutions
  • Create consistent and repeatable data and presentation templates to assist with global People Success (HR) and Talent Acquisition programs
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by business leaders + oversee related projects
  • Work effectively across functions, geographies and business units on projects and effectively communicate and present internal and external data
  • Manage multiple demands of both planned and unplanned project requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality


  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines, while always paying very close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to follow-through and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrated track record of coordinating and executing programs taking a highly organized PMP/Project Management approach
  • Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Relentlessly resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously, with limited oversight
  • Functional knowledge of Workday HR modules including Core HR and Talent Acquisition, or a like large HRIS, to extract and leverage data, to arrive at actionable insights
  • Able to create custom reports using various tools including but not limited to Power BI, Workday, MS Excel etc.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, both technical & non-technical, to produce actionable results Able to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks, create dynamic tools, model to interpret and analyze data: comfortable with large data sets
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, highly proficient with MS Excel including combining multiple data sources, complex formulas, pivot tables, v-look-ups, and charts
  • Experience supporting multi-state operations within the U.S and globally would be a plus
