Job Title: Sales Enablement Trainer
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the learning and development field to join a large IT company and utilize their previous experience in a sales enablement team. The ideal candidate will have previous program management experience and have used this in a facilitating environment. This dynamic, action-oriented team is looking for an organized, hands-on Enablement Practitioner to partner with senior Enablement Business Partners and sales leaders to bring localized sessions to a specific region.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Enablement Business Partners to understand needs of the business and serve as an expert on catalog topics
  • Orchestrate and facilitate workshops that leverage global frameworks and subject matter expert communities
  • Source data and provide analysis on trends and insights that support quarterly enablement planning process
  • Be a power-user in all internally-used products and tools
    Lead operations of in-region programs
  • Manage registration, learner tracking, learner invites, Company system channels
  • Source delivery subject matter experts/ leader speakers and manage logistics
  • Manage survey analyses and system tracking
  • Data and reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of Global Enablement to ensure strong cross-functional collaboration


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of project or program management experience
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization
  • Ability to understand the unique challenges of regional operating units and partnering teams whilst enabling them to work seamlessly together to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to push back, when necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Ability to think strategically and act in a detailed, hands-on manner
  • Change oriented - Works effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change
  • Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs simultaneously
  • Solid organizational skills, process oriented, results driven and attention to detail
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Enablement Design and Delivery experience a plus
  • Bias for action with a strong sense of team and inclusivity
  • Experience in creating Tableau workbooks and dashboards
  • Marketing Cloud / Communication tools
