Job description

Title: HR Administrator
Location: Galway
Our Client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team to support the set up of new HRIS system and various projects within the HR Department. The successful candidate will also assist with general HR Admin support which includes the following: payroll, TMS, Employee Queries.


  • Assist HR department in HRIS project.
  • Take part in both the development and deliverance of other HR projects as required.
  • Daily updating and managing of Time and Attendance System.
  • Liaising with Payroll/Finance with weekly and monthly payroll processing.
  • Take charge of and update all filling and administration systems within HR.
  • Process all onboarding and documentation for new employees.
  • Update and complete off-boarding documentation and update system for employees leaving.
  • Process internal movements and report experience and skills.
  • Answer all employee queries on policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist with all HR administration as needed.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 3rd level qualification in HR advantageous.
  • 5 + years of HR Administration experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of TMS and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll.
  • Strong organisation, customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on both own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Take part in process improvements.
  • HR Brand Ambassador
