Job Title: EMEA Website Optimization Manager
Location: Dublin

Summary:
Our Global Tech Client are expanding and looking for someone who is an experienced Website Optimization Manager. The ideal Candidate will have 5+years experience and will work to improve the visitor experience and subsequently the effectiveness of the Companies European-focused websites.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the EMEA website's optimization program that contributes to growing our Marketing KPIs e.g. high-value conversions on the website
  • Develop and execute regional digital strategy plans in partnership with in country and centralized marketing teams to support regional business goal
  • Optimize the site experience for different audiences, including prospect/customers, non-English, mobile, ad-driven, etc.
  • Run, and optimize our website chatbot program (Drift) in EMEA.
  • Partner with our HQ team to design and implement chatbot strategies to improve our website conversion.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to run experimentations via tools like Optimizely, Content Square, Looker and Google Analytics.
  • Prioritize and drive projects in collaboration with the creative and development teams to test ideas that contribute to our business targets.
  • Design and deliver personalized user experience across our websites leveraging 1st and 3rd party data to grow our user engagement.
  • Report on data from implemented strategies and communicate results to our marketing and sales leadership teams.
  • Partner with the demand generation, campaigns, regional marketing, creative and development teams to drive your projects that drive traffic, generate leads and increase new teams.


Requirements:

  • A/B testing experience, web project management, data-driven, accountable for performance of a project/website/product/service
  • website Chat bot optimization (Drift) experience, good communication skills, website personalization
  • talent and a passion for web strategy that leads to execution and impact
  • 5+ years of experience web marketing experience, ideally in a global SaaS business
  • A track record of successful online data-driven optimization program execution in both B2B and B2C settings, particularly within freemium subscription products
  • Strong sense of design and an understanding of website structure/navigation and consumer usability principles
  • Ability to identify popular themes and types of content our audience would engage with.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Content Square, Looker, and testing and personalization platforms such as Optimizely
  • Sufficient understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and how to work with create and web development teams.
  • Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in French or German would be an advantage
  • BA/BS or relevant experience in marketing, computer science, or related fields.
