Job description

Title: Corporate Sales Facilitator
Location: Remote

The ideal candidate will be facilitating training programs to reinforce soft skills for sales workers, example: how to build their sales strategy for a customer, identify value in products and align to customer. etc. They must be proficient in Microsoft Team/Breakout Rooms.


  • The Sales Facilitator will be responsible for administering, organizing and delivering training programs for a global sales and sales engineering audience.
  • The facilitator will be facilitating training of audiences sometimes up to 50 people at a time.
  • Must have experience facilitating large Online groups.
  • This person should have experience interacting in a sales capacity, either in sales enablement or as a sales account manager.
  • This position requires a facilitator with ability to conduct interactive workshops.
  • proficiency in leading break-out room sessions and guide the team in the discussion. (MS Teams break-out room experience preferred).
  • strong presentation skills, and candidates must be on camera during virtual training sessions.


  • 2+ years of experience in delivery of training materials
  • 3-5+ years field sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge and application of adult learning techniques
  • Experienced in all Microsoft software applications required including Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Advanced understanding and experience of sales and retention techniques and practices
  • Excellent organizational skills a must
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be a dependable and self-motivated individual who can work within a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively
