Kelly Services Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Commercial x 2

Proactive Development of New Client Relationships through a mix of regular sales activity, face to face and over the telephone. Client Account Management. Development of a database of highly skilled candidates within the Office & Secretarial, Customer Service, Accounts and Sales areas through targeted advertising, networking and referrals. Selection and shortlisting of candidates for specific client roles through in-depth interviewing and other testing and assessment techniques.  Minimum of 2 years experience within a business to business sales environment with proven record of achievement, full clean driving licence, strong commercial awareness. Previous recruitment experience within a professional environment would be an advantage.

Kelly Engineering Resources Engineering Recruitment Consultant x 1

Proactive Development of New Client Relationships through a mix of regular sales activity, face to face and over the telephone. Client Account Management. Development of a database of highly skilled candidates across all engineering disciplines through targeted advertising, networking and referrals.  Selection and shortlisting of candidates for specific client roles through in-depth interviewing and career consultation. Quality primary degree in any recognised Engineering discipline, followed by at least one year's professional experience. Full clean driving licence, strong commercial awareness. Experience of technical sales, contractor management or technical recruitment an advantage.

Kelly Engineering Resources Branch Manager - Professional & Technical Recruitment (KER & KSR) x 1

Full business management of Kelly Services Professional & Technical branch in Cork, combining  Kelly Scientific Resources and Kelly Engineering Resources. Responsibility for achievement of branch business plan and budget, people management and development, client relationship development, financial management. Quality primary degree, preferably within a recognised engineering discipline followed by at least 3 years professional experience. Full clean driving licence and high level of computer literacy.  Previous leadership experience essential, preferably within a sales focused environment.  Strong commercial awareness. Previous technical recruitment experience or contract management experience an advantage.
